Leading realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd revealed plans for a Rs 400 crore investment in constructing an office complex in Chennai. In collaboration with Agni Estates & Foundations Pvt Ltd, Brigade will develop’s Brigade Tech Boulevard, a Grade A office space situated on Pallavaram- Thoraipakkam Radial Road.

This new venture, comprising two towers and spanning 8.36 lakh square feet of leasable area, marks Brigade Group’s next commercial endeavor following the successful completion of the World Trade Centre on OMR.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, emphasized Chennai’s diverse office market, catering not only to the IT and ITeS sectors but also to engineering, automotive, and banking industries. She highlighted the growing demand for sustainable offices with integrated digital connectivity and A Grade certification. Agni Estates & Foundations Chairman R N Jayaprakash expressed confidence in the partnership with Brigade, citing their track record of delivering strong returns on investment.
