Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced a substantial investment of 400 crores for an upcoming office space project in Chennai. Spanning across two towers, this development will offer a leasable area of 8.4 lakh sq.ft, positioning itself as a Grade A office establishment along the Pallavaram- Thoraipakkam radial road. Named Brigade Tech Boulevard, this project marks the group’s subsequent commercial venture post the World Trade Centre on OMR.

Through a Joint Development Agreement with Agni Estates and Foundations, Brigade is set to bring this vision to fruition. Nirupa Shankar, the Joint Managing Director, highlighted Chennai’s diverse office market, catering not only to IT and ITeS sectors but also to industries like engineering, automotive, and banking. Shankar’s confidence in leasing prospects stems from historical pre-leasing commitments along the radial road, anticipating further growth with this initiative.

Additionally, at the same location stands Purva Thrive at Windermere, offering 2BHK units starting from 86 lakhs and 3BHK units from 1.09 crores onwards.
