Godrej Properties Limited has made waves in the real estate market with the announcement of the sale of approximately 650 homes, totaling over Rs 2,000 crore, in the Godrej Jardinia project situated in Sector 146, Noida. This achievement stands as GPL’s most triumphant launch in Noida in terms of sales value.

Expressing the significance of Noida as a pivotal market, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, affirmed, "Noida is a significant market for Godrej Properties, and we will look to further strengthen our presence in the city in the years ahead."

This recent milestone follows the success of Godrej Tropical Isle last year, making it the fourth launch with sales exceeding Rs 2000 crore in the National Capital Region (NCR) within the past year. Sector 146 emerges as a burgeoning residential locality, boasting proximity to essential infrastructure such as the Noida Special Economic Zone (SEZ), entertainment hubs, Film City, Jewar Airport, metro connectivity, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.

Godrej Properties' strategic acquisitions have been instrumental in fueling its growth trajectory. In the previous financial year, the company acquired 10 land parcels, eight of which were outright purchases, to develop housing projects valued at over Rs 21,000 crore. Looking ahead, the company aims to procure more land parcels in the current fiscal year to generate sales bookings amounting to Rs 20,000 crore. In a recent investor presentation, Godrej Properties disclosed the addition of 10 new projects with an anticipated future booking value of Rs 21,225 crore. Notably, the company had set a guidance of Rs 15,000 crore for new business development in the last fiscal year, involving land acquisitions through outright purchases and joint developments with landowners.
