In the April to June quarter of FY25, Prestige Group launched two additional residential projects in Bengaluru, covering a total developed area of 1.86 million square feet, with an estimated gross development value of around ₹1,400 crore. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹307 crore, which marks a slight decline of 3.4% compared to the same period last year. However, revenue from operations for this quarter rose to ₹1,862.1 crore, up from ₹1,680.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Irfan Razack, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, highlighted the strong sales performance across key markets: Bengaluru contributed 43%, Hyderabad 32%, and Mumbai 23% to total sales. In Q1 FY25 alone, Prestige sold 1,364 units, resulting in a total sales volume of 2.86 million square feet, though this represents a decrease from the 3.83 million square feet sold in Q1 FY24.
